twin_tailed_wolfAn Elin native to the Popori Kingdom, living in the outskirts of Pora Elinu. Despite being a canine Elin, she doesn't socialize a lot, but does enjoy playing with people who cross her section of the woods around the Elin capital.
She never approaches, but does stalk and taunt travelers to lure them away from areas deemed dangerous. On some occasions, she may intentionally get them lost by making noises.
As Elin are guardians of nature, this shy Elin will aggressively and doggedly pursue anyone who threatens the forest she calls home. She will stop short of killing trespassers.
Her mischievous activities ceased when she encountered a human child who got lost in the woods. She helped the child find her way out of the woods. Shortly after that, the child often came to visit the Elin who helped her.
After near daily visits, they stopped coming all together. The Elin found the body of the child, likely slain by the local wildlife. The Elin kept the girl's school uniform as a memento and buried her near her den.
Upon being found wearing the uniform by search parties, the Elin was accused of hunting the child and brought to vigilante justice, receiving very bad injuries.
She was found by a human priest, someone who was in the original search party. He didn't agree with the vigilantes and took her away to be nursed back to health.
Grateful, the Elin decided to stay with the human. She received a special name, Tatlyn, and was taught the ways of priesthood. Afterwards, she faithfully served the priest as a assistant and lore keeper. She was often described, in a almost derogatory manner, as a loyal dog.
Missing her forest home, her priest master built a garden just for her and included decorative plants in her room.
After many years of service to her master, he passed away. Tatlyn continued in his place until her current life ended.
Reborn in a new life cycle, a renewed, young Tatlyn decided to move on, still wearing the schoolgirl dress of the friend she lost in honor of new life she has found.

Tatlyn is more timid than other Elin, but still behaves very much like her kind when people show up on the forest home of Elin.
